Friendly staff and good selection of activities for all ages and interests. Beautiful views and well-kept surroundings.
Disappointing rooms, cold swimming pools, and poor service from reception and restaurants. Overcrowded and not family-friendly.

I had such an amazing stay at a resort covered with beautiful gardens and located right next to a stunning beach. My suite had a breathtaking view on to the sea and the service from every member of staff was incredibly friendly. There were so many great restaurants to choose from, some of which were a bit of a walk away but still easily accessible. the breakfast spread was delicious and the facilities were top notch, including the well-maintained bathrooms.
The resort could benefit from better direction and organization in some areas.

Great variety of restaurants and activities offered by the hotel. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to major landmarks. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed.
The hotel staff could have been more friendly and helpful. the price of food and drinks was a bit high, which made it difficult to enjoy all the amenities the hotel had to offer.
